Terms of Service

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old, and give accurate details when you sign up.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Bookings and payments

• Courts and sessions are provided by independent venues and hosts. SportHub helps you find, book and pay for them; the venue is responsible for the court itself.
• Prices are shown before you pay and are charged in the currency displayed. Payments are made by bank transfer or MoMo through our payment partners.
• A booking is held for a limited time while payment is pending and released if payment does not arrive.
• Cancellations and refunds follow the cancellation deadline shown for each booking or session. Approved refunds are sent back manually to the original payment method.

Community rules

When you post, comment, upload media or message other players, do not:

• Harass, threaten, bully or impersonate anyone, or post hateful, sexual or violent content.
• Post spam, scams, advertising other players did not ask for, or anything illegal.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share, or personal information about others without their consent.
• Manipulate match results or ratings, or create fake accounts.

Reporting and blocking

You can report any post with the ⋯ menu and block any player. Blocking hides their posts and comments from you (and yours from them) and removes any connection between you; you can unblock players in Settings. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, without notice.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give SportHub permission to store and show it to other users so the service can work. When you delete a post or your account, we remove that content.

Matches and safety

Sport involves physical risk. You play at your own risk and are responsible for following venue rules. Ratings are an estimate based on reported results and are not an official ranking.

Service availability and liability

We work to keep SportHub available and accurate, but provide it “as is” and may change or pause features. To the extent the law allows, SportHub is not liable for indirect losses, or for disputes between you and a venue, host or other player.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. If you keep using SportHub after a change, the new terms apply. Questions: support@sporthub.live.
